It's trivial to say how much boost any motor can handle because imaginary 14psi on a T25 is not going to make the same power as 14psi on a T04/T3.

People most often look at how much HP a motor can hold before things starts breaking, and the general consensus for SR20DET is between 300-400rwhp.  The higher end of the HP spectrum certainly risk higher breakage and would require more safety add ons to prolong the longetivity of the motor (oil coolers, synthetic motor oils, high output radiator, cooling fan, precise engine fuel tuning, etc.).
