Okay, that clears it up.

Here's what you do:

* There's one screw near the door hinge. It's hidden under a trim button. Pop up the button and remove that screw. Check if that's the one you removed.

* Remove the window crank like you did.

* Under the interior door handle trim is a little trim piece. Carefully pry it off and remove the screw under it. Then very carefully remove the door handle trim itself. Yes, remove the rectangular door handle trim piece. Get two flathead screwdrivers and very gently pry from both ends until it pops out. It's held on by 4 prongs under the door panel, 2 on each side.

* Remove the door lock and handle trim. It's the black trim piece where you lock the door. What you do is again use 2 screwdrivers and very carefully pry the trim out. It's not held on by bolts. Instead, it has 2 prongs on each side and holds itself onto the door panel. After you loosen it, pull the door latch and it should slide right out.

* If you've done all that, now you just have to carefully pull out the door panel itself. It's attached by a series of clips that run around the perimeter of the door. Just slide your fingers under the edge of the door panel and pull carefully. It will pop out if you're patient.

* The passenger side also has an assist handle. Just feel around for screws. There's one under and one on top. It should come right out.

* Then just pull up and out. The panel should come out. It will help if you roll the window down beforehand.

Good luck ;p
