i had the exact same problem and the problem was simple, when you guys were pluggin in the wiper module to the harness make sure you didnt bend any of the pins inside the module, i had 1 pin out of place then when i plugged in the module it bent it even more so there was no connection on one pin. i suggest you guys unplug the module and just take a look. i found one bent and just got a flathead and straighten it, now it works fine
