to increase the steering sensitivity u could do 2 things:
-increase diameter of the pinion gear
-shorten the distance from the center of wheel rotation to
the tie-rod end. But this would mess up steering I think 'cause the system won't be a parrallelogram anymore so you would have a non-linear relationship between input and output.
