I am currently working on my S14's Brakes... So I have been looking into alot of Brake Pads.
Endless Vita Nuova - I have a set of these on Mitzi's Civic and they are actually very nice and Dust isn't crazy but, builds up fast... they made noise for a bit then it dissappered. Feel is a little better than Stock... I have not noticed any Fade yet but its strickly street driving.
Currenly looking at the Endless Sport-M & Spec D for S14.
Project Mu I have always heard good from but I have no personal exp. with yet.
