i've always drifted a KA and never felt the need to adjust the powerband...drifted on everything from stockers to 17x9 wheels with 235s out back...just keep the pedal to the floor, kick the clutch on occasion, and enjoy...=)

to answer your question though...you spend most of your time near redline...
