[Neejay]

Ok, so I spent like 30 minutes trying to get the inner tie rod off before I ran out of sunlight to no avail. I hope I didnt mess anything up. Ive read several "how-to's", but none of them are specific to the lock plate. What am I supposed to do to get that lock plate off of the inner socket?

I know its something simple that Im overlooking/not doing hard enough.
