You do lose a little bit of pad contact because the pad/caliper was designed for a disc with a different curvature. It does not affect performance because brake torque does not depend on area of pad contact, it just depends on rotor diameter, pad material and pressure. You will probably wear through pads slightly faster but at least Z32 pads are much cheaper than big brake kit pads
