Full story?
The officers were most likely dispatched to a disturbance or a fight involving a knife. You obviously saw what happened once they arrived. The officer was very persistant in attempting to remove her from the vehicle because they didn't want it to turn into a potential deadly car pursuit. Once removing her from the vehicle, she obviously threatened the officers with the knife. The one officer saw the oppurtunity to take the subject down as he was trained and did so. She landed on the knife and it punctured her stomach/chest area.
