Probably the 2 biggest problems you'll have is sludge buildup and rubber hoses. Since it's been sitting for so long, you may want to clean up the intake tracts. You may also want to see how the compression is doing and see how well the block is doing on the whole.

Otherwise, I would say replace all the belts and all the rubber hoses. Check your brake lines as well. Check your suspension to see if they're leaking. See if the tyres are flatspotted since it's been sitting for so long.

Flush all the fluids and replace all the filters. Change spark plugs and wires. Maybe some other minor things. Do you know why it was sitting for so long?
