With the mods he listed, he should have been welllll over 200whp. and for a 200 hp car to get consistant 1.8 60' times I'm betting he had slicks too. I will however say, that IS impossible with a 200whp car.
I believe there is quite a bit being left out there, or that wasn't his car running those times.
