premature engagement between the rotor/pads maybe? I have this problem right now with my 240SX rear driver side.
Did you bleed out your old fluid? I don't think this is required when changing out pads/rotors, but I like to do it just to have a peace in mind. I did not do it this time when the shop changed out the rear rotors, and now my brakes aren't feeling that well (it wasn't anything good before anyway).
