will this T28 get me to arround 250whp? I cant tell but the specs make it seem like it wont to me but im a noob at reading the specs.

Here are the specs on the turbo:

Garrett T28

Part #: 466071-6c

Compressor trim: 50

Wheel diameter: 1.67/2.37

Housing a/r: .42

Turbine trim: 68

Wheel diameter: 1.64/1.99

Turbine a/r: .48

T25 flange

It is the same turbo as on the R33 Skyline.

It will spool FAST. It has the "legs" to hold boost on the top end.
