I disagree, you need zero electronics knowledge and zero platform knowledge to wire up a S13 SR harness into a S13 chassis. If you can solder (or read a internet how-to on how to solder) and you're not color blind, you can do it.
I know people who literally couldn't read a wiring diagram for shit, let alone figure out how to wire this up without explicit instructions, and they were able to perfectly wire up their harnesses on their first try, using the HT diagram.
It's not rocket science in any way whatsoever; its literally match up the colors on the appropriate plugs, and move wires from plug to plug if necessary.
Done, seriously, like, I bet my 10 year old cousin could do it if I showed him how to solder and told him to match the colors up.
