I don't know how long it takes to move the flap exactly, as I do not have a bixenon setup, and you do, so you'd be able to tell me exactly.
But, there's a reason why BMW has the bixenon hi/low beam, and a seperate halogen high beam for flashing people.

It's nearly instantaneous
I'll get a vid when the highs are working properly...I need to replace the diode. *EDIT: after review, it's the capacitor, not the diode.* Will take more time, but I'll get a vid when I get it all running.
And for those commenting on the simplicity, I agree...for now. I'll be putting on some kind of metal bezel that will give it a little spice
