i made my own plates. that look exactly like that..damn i should have jumped on ebay selling those a long time ago. But yes, with those plates u can still keep your grill on the doorpanel.

ALSO since those plates dont come with speaker baffles you might want to look up on some 6.5 speaker baffles so water will not damage the speakers when it rains or u wash your car etc. although i dont use baffles but i woudlnt doubt one day my speakers start getting rust and crap out on me.
