just got my megan racing coilovers from jay...they were on backorder, but jay kept in contact almost every day to let me know the status..even offered to sell me some others at a good price since he didn't have the megan racing in stock. This guy is the best and I will continue to do as much business w/him as possible b/c his service is 2nd to none
