i was told by some lighting gurus that the stock s14 projector lenses weren't the best for HID beam patterns, which is why some of them swapped over to bmw/e class/s2000 projector lenses in their s14's. ever heard of something similar? the cutoffs on those dont look that bad other than needing some lowering on the driver's side (re: i agree with it needs to be higher on the passenger side for us roads).

id like to see the finished product after some realigning of the beams, as id like to get some HIDs for my s14, but i'd like to see how the beam pattern is gonna be and if i can get away with just the stock projectors, as i dont want to screw up a good set of kouki headlights. of course, anything is better than the stock stuff i have now (plus a broken alignment pole so ill have to get a new set anyways)
