Antiskid is HICAS. If you don't have HICAS obviously you wouldn't have the fuse for it.

Some of those are for options you don't have. Check both sides of the terminals where the fuse would go, and if one side doesn't have a shiny terminal then you don't have the wiring for it, and putting in a fuse wouldn't do any good.

Check your fusible links (big fuses in the relay box near the battery). Then check all your grounds. Then check all your wiring. Then if still no go then check your light switch.
