hell, nobody says u have to commit even though u won.  U can just neer pay for it and I think the only thing E-bay would do is suspend u or give u a bad comment.  That all depends on if u really want it or not.
The shit is, what if there are many problems like timing chain, clutch, tranmission, or somethign else.  I dont know, I wouldnt buy something soooo important like a car without seeing it first in real life.
