Widest I'd run up front is 10j if you drive the car hard...
As far as running 19" tires, when I had 19s in the rear...only cheap sticky option I had was Nitto NT05s. Run me about $180 each from citytireonline for a 235/35-19s. Most companies doesnt make their top performing tires for anything larger than 18s. If they do, it cost 3x as much. Hell, even Hankook RS3s cost $190 for their 235/40-18 but their 235/35-19 cost over $300.
