Again, due to this thread. This forums reaches a huge amount of people, which is why others and myself have tried so many times to correct the improper use of the portmanteau so that it isn't used for something other than its meaning; especially when there is already a word that represents the exact style you're trying to describe.
What you have accomplished is the equivalent of kids improperly using the word "ratchet" every 5 seconds now, so good job.

It has a function, it gives the car less traction. You're talking about shitty drift cars, they don't want race car traction, the negative camber serves that function. Also, they think it looks cool.
Also also, danger is relative, there are thousands of people on this forum who wouldn't bat an eye at their friend doing donuts inches away from them, while that sounds absolutely insane to most normal people. These dudes are used to driving with no traction, and probably don't try to take turns going 120mph. They're not worried about you, don't worry about them.
