That seems like the cheapest option, although im personally not a fan of the difference in diameter especially if its a MAF car.

I did some quick research, and stumbled upon this which is about 10X the cost.

VE labs makes a "coolant filtering and inspection system" but I couldn't find a part number. There is a 3/4" one listed on ebay.
