Same here, I spent the entire morning reading about oh this works, oh this doesnt work. im going to share what I came up with. the idea with the cam swap is to move the power band up though, but not really super high. i want useable rpm even if i dont make as much power at 7500. the gearing in auto-x as well as usable rpm makes the difference of revving it out on a straight vs shifting.
ive even looked at attempting the 248/248 swap but i read that it loses power everywhere but it ramps up as the rpms climb because it lost so much power down low
