i would deff need them but how much? i see they are $15 on TRS. Also am i going to see disadvanages using my Morimoto ballast?

Is this the kit you are suggesting? With philips bulbs right? Do i need clear lenses also? Man im so confused lol, there is so many Hi/Low kits on there but i notice this was the most expensive kit so wondering if it is it?
