The EFR 7670 is going to be the response winner. The TiAl turbines in the EFR range are really light, meaning transient response and boost threshold times are decreased. It unfortunately is having a hard time living up to it's 63lb/min flow capability; there aren't too many people making over 550whp with them.

The S200SXE is definitely the budget and power king of the two, and is still going to respond awesome in one of the smaller turbine housings.
