Are you looking for specs for compression test or compression ratio? Assuming you are looking for specs for a compression test my reference shows:
Standard: 12.2 kg/cm2 (173 psi)
Min limit: 9.2 kg/cm2 (131 psi)
max variance between cylinders: 1.0 kg/cm2 (14psi)
