Can't find a pic on a Navan bumper, but as I remember they were this style, which came on like 03-06 E Class and possibly other models/years.
The fogs are moved into the outer holes on the bumper rather than the original square factory fog holes.
Edit- Pretty sure the 326 Power guys use the same for their front bumpers/fogs.
