What e double was indirectly saying is, no, they aren't direct bolt on. S14 front hubs do not fit into s13 knuckles. You need s14 knuckles to install s14 hubs. Also, the ball joint taper is different between s13 and s14. So to install s14 knuckles onto an s13, you need to either press in an s14 ball joint into the s13 LCA, or replace the entire LCA with an s14 unit, which is 10mm or so longer than the s13 one.
