Not too difficult to wire up the OEM corner lights as turns. You would simply:
-splice the OEM turn 12V power wire running FROM the front bumper turn signals
-cut and REPLACE the 12V power wire currently going to the corner light with this new wire
If you'd like to have the OEM corner lights function as both the marker and turn signals, you would simply:
-source a 3 wire, dual-filament bulb base (i.e. 1157 or 3157) and retrofit it to the corner light plastic housing OR find a 194 dual-filament bulb
-install a white/amber switchback bulb for the base type
-splice the OEM turn 12V power wire running FROM the front bumper turn signals to power the turn signal portion of the bulb
-use the existing marker light 12V power wire to power the marker light portion of the bulb
