S15 SR20DET - car sat for about a year and a half at a body shop getting the whole car repainted. Got the car back recently and on a cold start, or even after sitting for a few hours, it makes a really loud rattling sound. The sound fades after about 5 seconds, so I'm thinking it's related to oil pressure building up. I did change the oil but didn't help the noise.

What are typical things I should be looking at? So far my thoughts are timing chain tensioner, or valve lifters needing to be bled. The VTC cam was fairly new when I refreshed the engine about 2 years ago.

Details on engine: S15 SR, only internal mod is Tomei Poncams, everything else is stock, before installing in the car I refreshed all the gaskets with a Nissan gasket kit to avoid any leaks, etc.
