I have seen people delete the factory oil cooler/filter assembly and just run the filter straight to the block but since I'm just sticking with the stock twins for now I decided to keep the engine as factory as possible. And from this experience i would def recommend everyone who wants to do this swap to not use this mount kit. It blows!!!! When I pull the motor to go single i will be going with the xcessive kit for sure.

Its because of the oil filter housing. The JDM and US housings sit at different angles.
