You have a choice to make. You can keep similar response, and have a 700whp capable turbo in the 61 mm SXE with 76mm turbine, or you can have a bit laggier setup with the 64mm and 80mm turbine, but you'll be able to reach the 800whp goal.
I'd vote the smaller turbo and concentrate your efforts on the rest of the system to make more power.
