S14 AND S15 turbo models had 3.69 final drive. S13 N/A and turbo, and S14 & S15 N/A had 4.08 final drive.
Source: factory service manuals, verified with JDM differentials. My S14 5spd 3rd is long af, gets me to 80-90 ish.
