in los angeles now and real estate is downright depressing. run down pos houses in boyle heights are like 700k easily. I just need to make more money.

lived in the east bay and sf for 7 years. still have family there but could never move back. san francisco imo is the most depressing city in the world unless you're rich, and i lived there in the late 90s.
