I would call rollhard.com (they should have a customer service number to call) and ask them if they received your order. Then you should call your credit card company and inform them about the situation and the message you received and have them cancel your card--just to be on the safe side. If the credit card company can't trace an unapproved charge (one that you did not make), you may not get the money back and you will have to pay it back.
I have been through this before--I had over $500 drawn out of my account w/ my debit card #, and I never received the money back because the bank couldn't trace it to prove it was an unauthorized charge.
