Spacers would push out your wheel therefore fixing your problem, as long as you purchase a spacer that is wide enough. If I had to guess 5mm is enough for most people if its barely touching.

You want a hubcentric spacer. Only buy hubcentric ones period.

And last but not least dependig on your coilover theres a little black plate that depending on the orentation of how you install them. It moves the coil closer or further from the wheel. That can also help your issue.
