Weird it might be, but I can assure you it happened.
Wasn't rude, wasn't crass. Made a comment that I hadn't been responded to about international shipping after being ignored and got blocked.
I use Amayama instead. It's a shame as I've spent a not inconsiderable sum over the last 2 years.
