A quick look at the numbers from the 2016 presidential election: In 2016, there were 231,556,622 voting-eligible citizens in the United States — out of that number, only 6.5 percent were Black. The number of eligible voters for 2020 will only rise by 100k compared to 2016. African Americans will only make up 6.7-6.8 % of all eligible voters. There are 47.4 million A.Americans in the U.S. 30 million are eligible to vote. In 2018 midterm African Americans voted 90% Democratic, leaving 10% for Republicans and Libertarian Candidates. A poll is only a segment of a populist and has a margin of error. If 2018 is a preview for 2020 there is no way in hell the President will get 10% of the African American vote.
