either of the suggested solutions will fix your issue.

however, by raising the bottom collar until the spring is captive you will be raising the car.

if you don't want to do that and your coilovers are single height adjustable, you must use helper springs.

if they are dual you can reset height with the adjustable shock body.

whatever you do, don't forget to get an alignment afterwards.
