hands down the most "stock" single plate clutch kit on the market is the ORC Light series.

anything after that, it just will be a tradeoff of torque capacity and bite.

Nismo Super Coppermix is the best because it is the most mild blend of organic and metallic materials. every other kit gets progressively more aggressive with bite and increased performance (heat retention, etc).

any full face clutch kit will be preferred over any puck/puck type clutch kit. and obviously solid disc is going to be harsher than a sprung/spring clutch disc...
