I got a call from my friend saying they need a ride home from edc around 12a.m cause their other friends left them. I parked my car on a well lighted street next to my other friend who came to pick up some other people, he blocked me in with a van and somehow they still got my car out... I Took my wheel off and put a wheel lock and somehow they still got it away... Car was parked at the end of 37th street literally right next to vermont street and it was in a well lighted area.. I was gone for only
15-30 mins,
