It's unfortunate that I haven't been able to contribute to this thread more often, but I'm still whacking at it.

Still have the issue with the idle at 12.5AFR, but mid and light throttle input have gotten a lot better by just logging/tracing and adjusting the fuel map in the lower vacuum side of the map.

Today's issue/update, blew the coupler on the intercooler, and I had to go check the log on the boost because it seemed higher than I have it set..

Sure as shit, 23.5psi. While I have it set to reduce EBC Duty, negative duty comp at lower IAT temperatures, the EBC duty increased.

ECB Duty Set at 54, Final ECB Duty 57
100% EBC duty = no air bleeding to WG actuator = 100% boost
IAT Duty Compensation should be around -7% at 28f degrees.
I have not enabled IAT Density correction.

Kind of makes sense because at warmer temps it runs around 20-19psi, but has always 'over' boosted 21-22 psi in the cold, but I recently wanted to reduce that a little more to keep it around 20psi so I increased the 'negative' compensation. (was like -5 increased to -7). Doing the math 7% of 54 is 3 which adding that to 54 is 57. I'm going to set it to zero across the board and see if that keeps it in check.

Any thoughts or comments?

**Edit 2/10/23** A solid 20.6psi at 0 compensation at 42f degrees.
