HAHA I'm from near Brighton, Sussex so I'm fully aware of how "Great" Britain is doing.
I work for a trucking company and we have a fair few Brits working here.
That address is SE Calgary, probably in the industrial part of the city, Calgary has a fairly decent public transport service so you should be able to get around OK till you find a car.
