Money is worth more to some than others, just how income works. But 200 for that cracked ass one with what seems to be missing grills is a decent price. Now to "properly" fix that, is another story. But some people are more picky than others. I could argue the same about what people pay for crap aftermarket stuff that they think is "quality". Origin lab for instance, I've seen a few of their products, wouldn't even waste my time. To each their own though. If his bumper is in a quality condition I don't see a problem with him making 900-1000 for it. The demand is out there and honestly, to some people, a grand isn't shit. Value is up to the individual.
