On our cars the rear multi link under compression has camber GAIN. So having your suggested -4+ camber would be detrimental to performance, and last time I checked F1 cars don't run STUPID amounts of camber.
On cars like a Miata which are double wish bone actually have camber LOSS under compression, so LITERALLY different strokes for different folks.
And just so you don't think I'm talking out of my ass, I had -4.5* of camber on my car and it was pretty cool for grip, but it sucked for drifting.
