The lightweight BCG is kind of "meh" if you plan on using for self defense. It's generally something you see on 3gun/ competition only builds.

I'd personally rather have a nice mil-spec/ auto BCG from Daniel Defense, LMT, BCM, or Noveske. I'd also go with a flash hider over a muzzle brake if using for self defense.
