Performance difference between slotted/drilled and the brembo blanks will be negligable. Really it's a cosmetic and dollar difference. Slotted/drilled look pretty cool but will not offer any noticable advantage over the brembo blanks on the street. I'd go with the blanks and spend the extra money on better pads, stainless steel lines, and better brake fluid (though I hope you planned to flush it anyway, otherwise it will be the weak point in your system).
SS lines will runs you an extra $80-100
Fluid ranges $5-15 per liter I'd recomend Castrol GTLMA or Valvoline synpower which are both $5-6 and are available just about anywhere. For a streetable race fluid, ATE super blue (gold) has worked well, but would be overkill without doing some track time and runs $10-15 depending where you look (usually only in true race shops).
