boost pressure has nothing to do with lifting a head

compression is 1000psi boost is 15 or 30 or 45psi negligible

the cylinder pressure peak and pressure integral is 'controlled' via chemical reaction of combustion and rate of piston position and other factors as timing point.

The short answer is: No, a properly tuned sr20det will not 'lift the head' at any PSI of boost pressure using OEM head bolts and OEM head gasket, up to approx 500bhp in my experience (the limit of OEM rods/pistons give or take)

You DESIRE the original head bolts and head gasket because they act as a fuse which protects the OEM bottom end components. In other words why would you install a head gasket that is stronger than the piston materials?
