Anyone in North Dakota??

I am buying a truck there and want someone to make sure I'm not getting scammed!

It's in Martin ND 58763

If someone could cruise over there, look at it and give me a fair third party report on it's condition, and make sure to get a photo of the guys ID and send it to me that would be great!!
